Diamond Block
A Flat, Smooth Finish for Accurate Model Seating
The Diamond Block is designed to quickly remove support nubs and create a smooth, flat bottom on 3D printed dental models.
After the model has been cured and removed from its supports, place the bottom of the model flat against the Diamond Block. Apply gentle, even pressure and move the model back and forth across the surface 2 to 3 times.
This quickly removes remaining support nubs and helps create a flat, even model surface for proper seating and alignment with Diamond Articulator bases and stone bases.
The non-slip base keeps the Diamond Block securely in place while you work.
Smooth the surface. Flatten the base. Improve model seating.
