Diamond Quad Articulators are designed to make dental model processing faster and easier while providing the accuracy and stability needed at the bench.
The patented Diamond hinge allows the upper and lower stone models to be easily separated for individual scanning, then quickly reconnected while maintaining the established articulation. No cutting or breaking the hinge is required.
The built-in pin placement guide helps position pins where they are needed, while the custom-engineered Diamond Brass Pins and precision pin holes securely hold dies and sections in place. This provides solid-model accurate contacts in a sectioned working model while helping prevent dies and sections from becoming loose or falling out during use.
Each Diamond Quad Articulator comes pre-assembled and ready to use, eliminating articulator assembly in the model room.
