Unlike articulators that require models to be manually positioned and glued together after printing, the Diamond system incorporates the articulation directly into the digital model design.
Simply select the Diamond Digital Articulator attachment in your dental model software, position it during the design process, and print your models. After printing, snap the Diamond Articulator into the custom-fitted attachments. The upper and lower models come together in the same closed-bite relationship established digitally—no hand articulation and no glue required.
